Our annual Dare to be Aware Fair features over 100 exhibitors plus presentations and demonstrations this year at the Brookfield Conference Center. Share the day with over 100 specialists in health and wellness, life coaching, and personal growth programs, natural healing, herbs, organic items, animal communicators, sound healers, psychic readings, energy healers, chiropractors, massage therapists, and so much more. Volunteer at the Dare to Be Aware Fair!

We’re looking for volunteers to help make this year’s fair a success—and we’d love to have you join us!
Volunteers sign up for easy two-hour shifts and receive:- Free admission to the fair for the day
- Two tickets to share with friends
We have a variety of roles available, including:- Greeters to welcome attendees
- Exhibitor check-in and assistance
- Presentation room monitors (help with introductions and attendance counts)
If you’re an early riser, we especially need help with morning exhibitor unloading—these volunteers receive five tickets to share with friends as a thank-you!
It’s a fun way to get involved, meet great people, and enjoy the fair while helping things run smoothly.

If you register NOW, you will be eligible for the early bird discount of $25 on your booth or presentation fee. The booth fee is $225 and the presentation fee is $225 with a $25 early bird discount if you register NOW and pay by February 1, 2026.
