At our events, we value the time and efforts our organizers invest in creating enjoyable experiences for everyone. To ensure fairness and maximize participation, we have established the following No-Show Policy:
- No-Show Flagging:
- Failing to attend an event without notification or changing RSVP less than 2 hours before the event, without a valid excuse, will be marked as a "no-show."
- Consequences:
- "No-show" participants will be temporarily banned from pong social events for 1 week.
- Reminder System:
- Receive event reminders to help update your RSVP status.
