イベント参加費（Meetupを通じて支払う場合）： イベント参加費のお支払い後、原則として返金は行っておりません。ただし、主催者の事情によりイベントがキャンセルになった場合は返金いたします。詳細は、各イベントページに掲載のリンク又は文章をご確認ください。
ドリンク代金について： イベント中に発生するドリンク代金は、開催店舗で直接お支払いください。Make Friends Kansai MeetupやWelcome Tokyoを通じての支払いは行いません。

Make Friends Kansai Meetup is an international exchange group focused on making new friends and expanding community in Kansai. Our activity is primarily aimed at providing a welcoming space for people with shared interests to interact across boundaries. Our top priority is the creation of connection opportunities and community building for our members.

#### 🤝 Affiliations & Operational Transparency

In compliance with Meetup's Community Guidelines, we ensure transparency regarding our operational structure.

Information Sharing with External Websites: We sometimes share event information with Welcome Tokyo to recruit participants interested in international exchange events. Welcome Tokyo serves as one of our external sources for sharing event information across various platforms. While this group shares event information with Welcome Tokyo to diversify its participant base, the primary entity responsible for group operation is this Meetup group.
Event Venue: Most of our events take place by borrowing a portion of the space at local venues for the purpose of exchange, to secure a stable location for community activities. This is strictly for space utilization to provide a comfortable environment for participants, and we do not aim for a business partnership with the specific venues.

#### ✨ How We Build Community

In all our events, our organizers work with participants to build the community. Organizers help facilitate care and environmental setup for participants to comfortably connect with others and deepen their relationships.

#### 🎫 Event Fee & Drink Policy

Event Participation Fee (Paid via Meetup): Refunds are generally not provided after payment. However, if an event is canceled due to the organizer's circumstances, a refund will be issued. Please check the links or text on the respective event page for details.
Drink Charges: All drink charges incurred during the event must be paid directly to the host venue. Payments will not be processed through Make Friends Kansai Meetup or Welcome Tokyo.
