詳細

Join us for our upcoming weekend retreat on October 10th-12th in Nikko. There are just 5 spots for this one.

The theme of this retreat is Healing in Nature, and we’ll be right next to the beautiful Lake Chuzenji, surrounded by mountains and autumn colors right at the start of kōyō season. This is one of my favorite “power spots” in Japan. (For more pictures check my post here)

📝 What We’ll Do

  • Paddleboarding on Lake Chuzenji (beginner friendly)
  • Guided meditation and somatic practices in nature and beach
  • Onsen and time to really rest
  • Journaling, reflection, and non-judgmental conversation
  • Digital detox (we’ll take your phone Friday evening and return it Sunday after lunch)

📍 Meeting Point
We’ll meet at Nikko Station at 5:51pm on Friday.
Head back to Tokyo around 3pm on Sunday.
(You’re welcome to stay in Nikko longer if you want to.)

🏡 Accommodation
We’ll all stay at my friend’s remodeled Finnish-style house near the lake. It’s cozy, simple, and perfect for a community retreat. There are two semi-private rooms and 2 shared rooms. First come first serve.
