In today’s world, many of us give and give without pausing to refill our own cup. Over time, this can leave us tired, disconnected, and running on empty. This evening workshop is an invitation to pause, restore, and reconnect with yourself so you can meet life — and others — from a place of compassion and strength.

You’ll explore a blend of hypnotherapy and meditation practices, rooted in self-compassion and connection. The setting is a beautiful tatami room overlooking a lit garden, an atmosphere designed to support you in slowing down and coming home to yourself.

Nicola Ulrichs: “I help you gain access to your TRUTH.”

Not the usual kind of coach, Nicola is a creative at heart. She designs experiences that open a doorway back to yourself – to authenticity, clarity, and balance. Drawing on her own life experience in overcoming stuckness, along with a corporate background, artistic spirit, love of nature, and global adventures, she connects with people from all walks of life. Nicola blends sharp depth with an enchanting lightness, often using playful analogies from nature to make new awareness easy and refreshing to embody. She works with individuals and groups in both private and corporate settings. Her mission is simple: guiding you back to your authentic truth – so you can thrive in freedom, integrity, and peace.

Misha Yurchenko is a Tokyo-based certified meditation teacher with over ten years of practice. After experiencing extreme burnout from his venture-funded startup, he founded Tokyo Mindfulness and is dedicated to helping others on their healing journeys. He takes an integrated, practical approach—combining meditation, breathwork, and nervous system healing—to help people release old habit patterns and find inner freedom. Misha has practiced on retreats worldwide, is the author of Meditation that Heals, and lives in Nerima with his family.
