What are the rules to No Score Scrabble?

• Upon sitting down, you must accept or decline a glass of wine.
• We use a Spanish Scabble set.
• We don’t keep score.
• If you need a letter you can trade with anyone at the table - or turn one of your tiles upside down and use it as a blank.
• At any time you may return your letters and get new ones without losing your turn.
• If there is no place for a word you love, you may put it anywhere you damned well please. :-)
• If you are really stuck, you may make-up a word. However, you must give it a meaning and publicly defend it.
• You are permitted to run words off the board.
• Finalmente: ¡tienes que entregarte a esta tontería!

We're at a new location this week. Barnes and Noble has a coffee shop and seating area.

We are creating a second section for beginning instruction to support our beginner members!

Description:
This event will help support beginner language learners that have a desire and passion for speaking Spanish! No experience necessary. It is recommended that if you attend this event, that you also attend other events from the group to utilize what you are learning in class.

***We are meeting at the library, but I can't reserve a room until a week prior. I will update once I have one reserved.****

Book: Spanish Verb Tenses 4th or 5th edition by Dorothy Richmond. It will be helpful to purchase this book, and I know many of you have already said you plan to.

Attendance:
I'm volunteering my time and skills to teach for this event. So please be on time, this event is only an hour. If you are not able to make it please update your RSVP. If you are running late or can't make it at the last minute, please communicate. No-shows with no communication will not be permitted to attend another instruction event. Cancelations 30 minutes before or any time after the event starts, with no communication, will not be permitted to attend future instruction events.

Life is complicated and things come up, if you are not able to come or need to cancel last minute please communicate.

The class is for the people that are in CoHort A. That would be the people that have been coming since the beginning. Please don't sign up unless you're in Cohort A.
