私たちについて
TKG is the group of Japanese sword lover. We are focusing on the understanding the sword crafts, history and art form. It have been an enjoyable journey so far, but we understand the limitation for new comers who would like to start in this hobby. When you look at a sword there are some basic manner that we should know in order to preserve the condition of the swords. Here we would like to introduce you the basic of handling of the sword, learning the characteristic, appreciation points, and also how to take care of the blade.
In sword hobby, no matter how much you read about it, or see the sword through museum display, it is very very difficult to gasp the amount of details as much as seeing the sword in hand. But seeing great pieces at museum are also very enjoyable so let’s make friends to fellow sword lover and go on a trip to see famous swords!
Although we appreciate the aspect of sword as a weapon to protect life, but there will be no activities that support the usage of Japanese sword in this group.
