• Remaining time to practice or dance (or additional material if requested)
• After the event, folks might go to grab a bite at a nearby restaurant if interested.
• Bring comfortable indoor shoes if you can.

Come solo or bring a partner, and get ready to move and groove to the soulful sounds of blues!

Since this is a beginner level, no experience is needed and material may be adjusted to match the participants.

For solo, we will explain the posture and how to express the rhythm with the body, then share some movements that can be used.
Then we will discuss dancing with ideas and how to communicate respectfully when in pairs.
