I have been blues dancing for almost 10 years. I am not an expert, but want to see more dancers in Tokyo. As a result, I am trying to have classes to introduce this dance to those interested.

Blues dance をはじめるスターターキットのように、Aestheticsの概念から音楽とのConnection方法、最終的にBody awarenessの考え方に基づいた身体の正しい使い方を、みっちり6時間かけて学んでいきます。今何かを変えたいのに変えれない ムズムズしているSwing dancerへ届けたい、とびきりの2Daysです!!

BluesはJazzより前にあった、黒人文化の音楽です。
Blue＝青、ちょっと憂鬱な色をイメージしてみてください。
奴隷制度で苦しかった時代を乗り越える為に、彼らはBlues Musicを奏で、そしてBlues danceを踊り、日々の肉体労働や精神的な疲れを癒やす時間に使ったのがJuke jointと呼ばれる酒場です。
（悲劇的に悲しい曲ばかりではなく、彼女に振られちゃったとか、前の車がよけないから嫌だとか、そんな生活の哀愁を曲もあるので、シリアスになる必要はないです。＾＾）
日常の「何か」をどうやってダンスで表現しましょうか！
表現力がつくことで、あなたのダンスは一つステップアップします。今回はそれに加えて、靱帯損傷で手術をし、ダンスを生業にするまでになったVIVAの渾身の技術を、みんなで学んでいきましょう。:)1 attendee
