This Halloween, let’s do something a little silly together. 🎃👻
We’ll meet at Ueno Station, walk into Ueno Park together and set up our Halloween picnic spot with glowing pumpkin lamps.
Then we’ll head out for a short and super casual costume run around Shinobazu Pond, stop by a konbini for drinks and snacks on our way back, and spend the rest of the evening singing, playing games and enjoying our Halloween picnic together.
And yes… we’re all going to sing “Call Me Maybe.” 😂🎶
You don’t need to be a runner.
You don’t need to be a good singer.
And you definitely don’t need an amazing costume.
Just come ready to have fun and meet some new people!

📅 Saturday, October 31
🕠 5:30 PM – around 9:00 PM
📍 Ueno Station — Park Exit (公園改札)
Please try to arrive on time. We’ll meet at the station and walk into the park together.

### 🎃 Our Halloween Plan

5:30 PM — Meet at Ueno Station
Quick introductions, then we’ll walk to our picnic spot.
~5:45 PM — Set Up Our Halloween Base 🎃
We’ll set up picnic sheets, LED pumpkin lamps and warm lights together.
~6:00 PM — Halloween Costume Run 👻🏃
We’ll head toward Shinobazu Pond for a short and casual run.
This is not a serious running event — run, jog, take photos and have fun. We’ll stay together!
~6:30 PM — Konbini Stop 🏪
On our way back, we’ll stop by a convenience store so everyone can grab their own drinks, snacks or light food.
~6:45 PM — Back to Our Pumpkin-Lit Picnic 🎃✨

We’ll finish around 9:00 PM, but feel free to leave earlier if you need to.

### 🧙 Costumes

Costumes are encouraged, but not mandatory!
Full costume, Halloween makeup, witch hat, cat ears, cape, funny accessories — anything counts.
Just make sure you can comfortably move in it for our short run.

### 🎒 Baggage

We can leave non-valuable belongings together at our picnic spot while we run.
However, the area will not be supervised, so please keep your phone, wallet and other valuables with you.

### 🐕 Special Halloween Guest

My Shiba Inu will also be joining us for Halloween! 🐕🎃
Please keep this in mind if you have a strong dog allergy or aren’t comfortable around dogs.

### 💴 Participation Fee

First time joining our running events: ¥1,000
Returning runners: Free
Cash or PayPay at the meeting point.
Food and drinks are not included — everyone can buy whatever they like at the konbini.

### 🧥 Dress Warmly

We’ll be sitting outside in the evening at the end of October, so please bring a warm jacket or extra layer.

### ☔ Weather

As this is an outdoor event, we may cancel or postpone in case of rain or unsuitable weather.
