Let’s end the week on a healthy and social note! oin us for a relaxed evening social run from Shiba Park to Hibiya Park, followed by a casual night picnic in the park.
We’ll start near Tokyo Tower, run through the city together at an easy social pace, and finish at Hibiya Park where we can slow down, relax, and enjoy snacks and drinks together under the night atmosphere of Tokyo.
This is not a race — it’s about movement, connection, and enjoying the city in a different way.
Whether you’re a regular runner or just looking to meet new people and enjoy an active evening, you’re very welcome to join.

Want to spend a relaxed Sunday afternoon doing something creative and meeting some lovely women in Tokyo?
Welcome to the first edition of Her Creative Picnic — a new women-only series where every event will feature a different creative activity, while keeping the same spirit:
Make something. Share something. Meet someone.
For our first gathering, we'll be making handmade beaded bracelets together. ✨
You don't need any previous experience. We'll have plenty of beads, charms, colors, and materials for you to choose from, so you can create something completely your own.
There is no right or wrong design. Pick the colors you love, mix different beads, experiment, and make something that feels like you.
While we're creating, we'll also have time to chat, enjoy some tea and snacks, and simply spend a relaxed afternoon together in the park.

We'll figure it out together and help each other along the way.
The goal isn't to make a perfect bracelet.

You can spend the afternoon chatting, quietly making your bracelet, or doing a little of both.
There is no pressure to participate in every conversation or activity.

I'll be there a little before the event starts, so please look for the Tokyo Connections & Explorations meetup.
If you're coming by train, Harajuku Station is the most convenient station.
Please arrive on time so we can settle in and walk to our picnic spot together.

## 🌿 Event Description

Looking for a different kind of evening run?
This time, we’re heading away from the busy city center and into Mizumoto Park, one of Tokyo’s largest and most peaceful waterfront parks.
We’ll meet at Kanamachi Station and run approximately 10 km together, starting with an easy run from the station to Mizumoto Park and then exploring the park’s wide paths, trees, waterways and open green spaces.
As we get closer to sunset, we’ll slow down and take a little time to enjoy the scenery, take some photos, and watch the evening light over the park.
After the run, we’ll have a relaxed sunset picnic together. 🧺🌅
Bring a drink, grab some snacks, sit on the grass, and enjoy a slower end to the evening with the group.
This is not a race or a training session.
It’s about getting outside, moving together, enjoying nature, and discovering another side of Tokyo.

Distance: Approximately 10 km
Start: Kanamachi Station
Route:
Kanamachi Station
→ Mizumoto Park
→ Scenic run through the park
→ Waterfront & greenery
→ Sunset section 🌅
→ Return toward Kanamachi
We’ll keep an easy to moderate social pace and stay together as much as possible.
You don't need to be a fast runner. If you can comfortably run 10 km at a relaxed pace, you're very welcome to join.
There will also be a short sunset/photo stop during the run.

We don't want to simply run past the sunset.
During the final part of our park route, we'll take a short break to:
🌅 Enjoy the sunset
📸 Take some group photos
💧 Have some water
🌿 Take a moment to slow down
Then we'll finish the final section of the run together.

After finishing the run, we'll find a suitable spot to relax together and have a small picnic.

The picnic is intentionally casual — no formal dinner, no schedule, just some time to sit down, talk, and enjoy the evening together.
