★What’s this meetup group about?
This meetup group is for people who are interested in day trips in/around/near Tokyo. Let's explore Japan and make new friends at the same time! These events are run by Jambo International (https://jambointernational.org/en/).
★Who should join our trips / events?
Anyone, really! As long as you are keen to meet some new friends, and check out a new place in Japan!
★Must I pay membership / participation fees?
Most trips are run by JAMBO, with the idea of "Having Fun, Doing Good." These are clearly marked and 1000 yen is charged to support the charity of the month, which is announced at the meeting site. Other organizers may or may not charge - all charges are clearly written on the event description.

This event is organized by the Earth Day Ride Team.
(￥1000 Participation Fee) (Canceled in case of rain) (Easy Course)
Meeting place & time: 9:30 am at Mitaka Station South Exit Plaza (People renting bicycles from Suzukake Bicycle Parking will go together to get their bicycles). If you come with your own bicycles, you may come at 9:45.
Bicycle: Please arrange your own bicycle for this event.
For those who need language assistance to rent a bike, please contact at contact#jambointernational.com (please change # into @)
The closest rental option is Suzukake Bicycle Parking (¥300/day), which is the most convenient.
Alternatively, you can use Docomo Bike, community bikes, or your own bicycle.

Route: Mitaka Station → Tamako Cycling Road → Sayama Lake (lunch break) → Tamako Cycling Road → Mitaka Station → Inokashira Park
Message from the Earth Day Ride Team staff:- If we find a park along the way, we might stop to play frisbee .
- If we find a flower field, we may stop for photos.
- Please prepare your own lunch.
After the ride, we will move to Inokashira Park for a casual gathering. If you plan to drink alcohol and have your own bicycle, please make sure to bring a bike bag (rinko bag) to carry your bicycle home on the train. Also, wearing a helmet is strongly encouraged under current guidelines. Thank you for your cooperation. Let’s enjoy a slow and peaceful ride together

集合場所と時間：三鷹駅南口広場 9:30am 集合 (すずかけ駐輪場でレンタルする人は一緒に駐輪場に行きましょう）。ご自分で自転車を用意される方は 9:45 am にお越しください。
※各自で自分の自転車の手配をお願いいたします。
最寄りのレンタルは すずかけ駐輪場でとなりますので、ここでレンタルすると一番楽です。またはドコモバイクやコミュニティーバイク、自分の自転車など。

当日のコース：三鷹駅〜多摩湖自転車道〜狭山湖(ランチ休憩)〜多摩湖自転車道〜三鷹駅〜井の頭公園

※途中、公園を見つけたらフリスビーを始めるかも。
※途中、お花畑を見つけたら撮影会の可能性もあり。
※ランチの調達は各自お願いします。
ライド後に井の頭公園へ移動し軽く打ち上げを予定しています。アルコールを飲まれる参加者は必ず輪行袋持参でお願いします。最後に、ヘルメット着用が努力義務化となってます。ご協力の程宜しくお願いします。それでは当日、スローでピースフルなライドを楽しみましょう。サポートスタッフ: Earth Day Ride Team
