Welcome to Tokyo Design Community — one of the most active AI-driven product design communities in Japan, where design meets technology, business, and the tools shaping what comes next. We're focused on AI-native practical insights, real-world experience, and learning together.

This session, we're diving into one of the most talked-about frontiers in UX: voice AI — and what the next generation of voice products could look like.
At this hands-on session, we're going beyond theory. Together with Abhishek Gupta, founder of OneInbox — a Techstars-backed AI voice company carving out its space in the competitive Japan market — we'll experience, critique, and redesign a real, live voice AI product together.
This is our session to shape what the future of voice UX actually looks like.

4. Sprint to redesign one real voice interaction around a specific use case ( i.e. restaurant booking)
5. Present ideas and spark a conversation that matters

🎙️ Meet our guest speaker: Abhishek Gupta
Abhishek is a tech entrepreneur and Founder & CEO of OneInbox AI. He started his career as a telecaller at a young age and went on to build a global Voice AI platform focused on automating business communications at scale. With deep experience in contact center operations and AI-driven automation, he is building next-generation AI agents that handle real conversations across calls, messaging, and beyond — reducing human workload while raising the bar for customer experience.
