Event Details:
Join us for a thoughtful discussion night centered on the themes of Her (2013) — with a clear focus on connection without closeness, and what that looks like in modern life.
This evening explores how intimacy, loneliness, and emotional connection show up today — especially in a world shaped by technology, distance, and shifting expectations. Rather than analyzing the film itself, we’ll use it as a shared reference point to reflect on what we seek from connection, and what actually meets us.

We’ll talk about questions such as:

  • Where does loneliness appear even when we feel “connected”?
  • What does intimacy look like when it doesn’t follow traditional forms?

You don’t need to have watched the film recently — or at all — to participate meaningfully. Many people join solo, and the atmosphere is intentionally unhurried and welcoming. Whether you prefer to speak, listen, or simply sit with the conversation, you’re very welcome.
