Some stories stay with us because they feel a little too close to reality.
This evening, we’ll use Black Mirror as a starting point — not to analyze it, but to reflect on the kinds of ideas it brings up. Episodes often touch on things we already recognize in daily life, just slightly pushed further.
We’ll keep the conversation open. Some might talk about an episode that stayed with them, others about moments that felt uncomfortably real, or ideas that changed how they see things, even slightly.
Alongside that, we’ll also have a simple book exchange.
You’re welcome to bring a book you’ve finished reading — something you’re ready to pass on — and leave with something new. There’s no system to it, just a quiet exchange that happens naturally over the evening.
There’s no preparation needed, and no requirement to have seen everything. Just a shared starting point, and space for conversation to unfold.
