(This intermediate/advance class cost is 1000¥ per person to cover the studio rental fee)
Once you arrive, please do not go to the reception on the first floor. You have to go straight to the second floor where the gym is located.
IF YOU ARRIVE EARLY: please be respectful and try not to disturb the beginner's class that is underway.
Once you're changed and that the beginner class is over, please bring the payment of 1000¥ to me and write your name on the attendance sheet.
Boxing gloves are required. If you don't have boxing gloves, there are plenty of gloves available to borrow in the gym. You just need bring gardening gloves to wear under the borrowed gloves.
The concept of this and future events is to learn and communicate in English while practicing kickboxing in a friendly environment.
This will be a training for INTERMEDIATE and ADVANCE only. We are doing a beginner class on the same day and it's starting at 16:00pm. (There's a separate event for that class.)
Feel free to attend both classes if you want to.
The training will be indoors in a rented studio. Please make sure to have some sportswear and bring your water. Don't forget to remove your shoes when you are entering the gym.
The program will start at 4:00pm and finish at 5:00pm.
