Two centuries after Earth’s golden age, the planet has become a hollowed-out machine—vast cities left half-dead, humming with decaying tech and forgotten promises. Most of humanity supposedly fled to the stars, but whispers say the exodus was a lie and the missing were taken for darker ends. In this “urban wilderness,” scavengers, mercs, and dreamers carve out freedom amid neon ruins and lurking nightmares, where repair is the new creation and survival is the only art left.
This is a post-cyberpunk setting for the Index Card RPG (ICRPG), a minimalist d20 system.
