Koenji RPG Sunday March 8 (Changes! please read)

Because of changes at the previous venue, Koenji Game Day will move to a new location from March!

The good news is that we’re in the same corner, basically across the street (except the building entrance is on the other side, facing the station …)

Unfortunately this is a paid venue, so we need to charge players JPY 2000 to participate. This money is purely used to cover the venue cost.

GMs join for free (they have all the prep work, cut them some slack)

This also means a time change. The event will now start around lunch time at 11 AM and run for 6 hours until 5 pm.

While the venue is somewhat smaller, we’ll have proper tables and chairs at least …

Drinks and snacks are sold at the venue (at reasonable prices)

To GMs who wish to run a game: Ping me (Martin) via direct message here on meetup, or through the LINE group, so I can set up a game entry for you. I need session name, system and description.
Game sessions will be set up as separate meetup entries.

To Players: Register here to mark the date, and wait for announcements of the different games we’ll play (as separate entries on this meetup group). Usually there are 2-3 different tables. Game sessions will be announced on this meetup group as separate entries before the event. Keep watching this space and sign up when games are up.

Please note that on previous meetups, we had people sign up for a game and then not show up. This is very inconsiderate of the GM and the other players. Spots are limited. If you take a slot, please make sure you can attend. If something comes up and you can’t attend, please cancel your reservation ASAP so someone from the waitlist can take your spot.

This event is meant to be inclusive and fun for all. Be creative, be engaged, and be respectful to others.
Experience with RPGs is not required. If you have questions or need help, ask.
