Imagine your organisation is going through a major change programme—such as a platform migration, system rollout, or large operational transformation. During these periods, service desks and call centre teams can generate thousands of incident tickets in a very short time. Although organisations typically define the correct format for logging incidents, the reality on the ground is often very different. Agents are under pressure, dealing with high call volumes and urgent user requests. As a result, many tickets are created quickly, often with incomplete, inconsistent, or poorly structured information. The consequence? Service teams struggle to triage effectively. Common challenges include: Thousands of tickets describing the same issue in different ways Poor data quality that makes analysis difficult Difficulty identifying duplicate or related incidents Delays in identifying the true root cause Valuable operational time spent manually reviewing tickets So the key question becomes: How can we triage thousands of incidents when the data itself is messy? Main St. | Newark, Ohio Julie Zickefoose: Author, Painter, and Bluebird Extraordinaire Zickefoose is an American nature book writer, naturalist, bird artist, and blogger. She lives in Ohio on an 80-acre wildlife sanctuary, which she said inspires much of her work, including her 2012 novel, The Bluebird Effect: Uncommon Bonds with Common Bird, and NATURAL GARDENING FOR BIRDS The novel is illustrated with 320 of Zickefoose’s colored paintings, life sketches, and drawings, and it was one of Oprah’s 2012 book club reads.

Main Street | Newark Bring your extra seeds & plants & swap with others! Invasive or potentially invasive plants are prohibited. [See prohibited list here ](https://www.oipc.info/list-of-assessed-species.html) To encourage participants to remove invasive plants and to plant native plants, Pollinator Pathway offers free native plants at the swap. Please label the plants you bring. Bring plants in soil or water (hydroponics) Bring plants propagated by: dividing (separating an already growing plant) rooting a leaf (typically done with succulents) rooting a cutting (a small stem with leaves) Label plants or seeds as best you can (common or scientific name, sun/shade, water, size, etc Participants can take one new plant for each one they bring

The emotional pain from past bad experiences easily lingers in the present, making it hard to enjoy life and create your future. Even when you think you've moved on, the negative emotions can be triggered, sending you back into the pain of that experience. And we are talking about pain; emotions such as grief, depression, anxiety, fear (or terror), boiling anger, simmering resentment, feelings of shame, blaming and regret can leave you incapacitated to a greater or lesser degree. In this local event we will be discussing the reasons why these past bad experiences have the power to affect you long after they occurred. We'll go over why the emotional pain can be so strong. We'll also discuss some simple solutions to overcome your emotional pain and be free to fully enjoy your life again. Examples of painful experiences include: * A broken relationship or divorce. * Death or loss of a loved one. * Death of a pet. * A sudden shock or bad news. * A betrayal. * Being part of an abusive relationship. * A bad injustice. * Loss of a job, position or business. * A grave illness or injury. The negative emotions from these experiences don't just go away on their own. But the good news is there is a way to clear them out of your way.
