**Viens booster tes défenses immunitaires, libérer tes endorphines et remettre ton corps en mouvement avec le yoga du rire.** 1 heure de partage, de bonne humeur et de lâcher prise 😄 Pas besoin de connaître des postures de yoga. Seuls des exercices de rire (rire sans raison) et de respiration sont pratiqués. On commencera par une petite présentation et une mise en mouvement : réveil musculaire, étirements et respirations pour se mettre dans l'ambiance. Ensuite on passera par les fameux exercices de rire nécessaires au relâchement des tensions (pendant lesquels on force le rire jusqu'à ce qu'il apparaisse naturellement) et on finira par la méditation du rire, grand moment de fous rires collectifs.
