This is an always free, outdoor, peer-led workout open to all men, rain or shine, centered on rucking and fellowship. Bring a weighted ruck if you have one. If not, just come ready to walk. All fitness levels are welcome. The planned route is 4 miles, but you are welcome to shorten the distance or go at your own pace if needed. A headlamp, flashlight, or cell phone flashlight is recommended, since it will be dark when we start. Please use common sense and take responsibility for your own safety. Bring water, snacks, proper footwear, and any other essentials you may need. This is a peer-led group, not professional training or medical advice. We ARE mtg In-Person every week! In person, we are meeting at Capital One Cafe--in the Domain--out in the coffee shop (unless it's crowded, and we'll be back where the tables are). If you get there first grab a couple of tables, we'll be there. We are a very informal group. There is no set agenda! Just come with your laptop and your questions! If you don't have a laptop, you can still come with your questions! We can help with business processes, configuration, certifications, code, Trailhead, pretty much anything Salesforce Related! This Reiki Share is open to practitioners of all levels — whether you’ve just taken your first class or you’ve been practicing for years. Even if you got your attunement MANY years ago and haven't practiced since! This event is perfect to get you back into the flow! We’ll gather in community, take turns on the table, and each receive Reiki from the group. It’s a beautiful chance to both practice your healing art and soak up some much-needed, incredibly powerful Reiki yourself, all while meeting and connecting with other practitioners. If you've never had Reiki given by multiple practitioners at once, this is a must try experience. Space is limited, so be sure to save your spot! Tea will be served.
