Grupo de personas interesadas en realizar talleres de Arte Terapia de línea Jungiana Integrativa semanalmente en estudio artístico ubicado en Poble-Sec, Barcelona. Participación abierta a toda persona adulta que se sienta llamada por esta posibilidad, especialmente aquellas que se encuentren transitando la transformación (llamada crisis) de la mediana edad. Los talleres consisten en un proceso creativo donde exploramos y expresamos nuestros mundos interiores a través de la técnica del collage (principalmente), u otras formas de expresión plástica que sintamos indicadas en el momento, para así escuchar y ser escuchados, compartir y profundizar en nuestro autoconocimiento y en la relación con nuestro mundo interior, buscando integrar, concientizar y reconciliar las distintas voces, con el objetivo de poder abrirnos a la mágica promesa de lo trascendente. Talleres de una a tres personas, de dos horas de duración, sin límite mínimo o máximo de sesiones. This book club approaches foundational texts that have shaped the past three centuries through a cross-disciplinary reading series that invites us to engage with the questions of our present. I'll be waiting for you outside the MACBA (The Barcelona Museum of Contemporary Art). From there, we'll take a walk to CCCB (The Centre de Cultura Contemporània de Barcelona), which has a café and co-working space. Once we get there, we'll ask for coffee/tea and get ready to embark on our creative journey! The art-making process will serve as a bridge for social and creative communication, and the theme will be centered around traveling and the things that make us vibrate. We'll start by using imagery, storytelling, and moving freely between drawing and writing to collage. We'll also work collaboratively, with each collaborator adding to a composition in sequence, allowing creativity to flow as we play. The main objective is self-expression, awakening creativity, having fun, and sharing a nice time together while colors and words come together to empower the artistic experience. I will guide you in the right direction to create something that you may have never thought of on your own, and you can take your own pace with art and bring it back home. The aim of this art workshop is to enhance your own creativity and self-expression. I will provide all the art materials, and the cost is 25 euros for a maximum of four people for a one-hour-long session. An individual session costs 40 euros.
