**Sahaja Yoga Meditation** offers free, guided collective meditation sessions for everyone. Each class includes a simple introduction to meditation, basic techniques for inner balance, and a short talk or discussion on a topic of the day. These meditation classes are suitable for **complete beginners** and **regular meditators**. No prior knowledge or experience is required. **Chairs are provided**, and there are **no physical exercises, postures, or special clothing** needed. Classes usually run for **60 to 90 minutes**, and **no booking is required**. Every session is free and led by volunteers who share Sahaja Yoga to help others experience peace, balance, and self-realisation.

Join us for the Women Photographers Exhibition held at the National Gallery Victoria, St Kilda Road.This ticketed exhibition is $25 adult entry. We will meet up for lunch at Queen Vic Market and then explore the market for street photography! If you don't want to see the ticketed exhibition, there are free exhibitions on all the levels of the gallery. This will give us the opportunity to try out some street photography in exhibition spaces today, as public accessible spaces such as galleries and museums come under the street photography umbrella. We will also make use of street photography opportunities on the way to and in the market. Schedule 9.45 am. **[[WHAT]]** This session is for social volleyball games where there will be 3 teams of 6 per court across 3 courts. Please arrive on time as there will warm-up time provided for 20-25 minutes at 1 PM while the hosts set up the nets. Games will be played to 15 points, teams will queue in and fill into the next game where possible after playing 2 games in a row. **[[WHO]]** The session is intended for social volleyball players at the intermediate level. Players should: * Understand basic volleyball rules (3 touches, foot faults, etc.) * Call for the ball when playing and communicate well * Ready to learn (or already know) 5-1 system * Efficient in passing/hitting/setting/serving * Have minimal unforced errors (missed serves, etc..) * Have control over their play around the net and centre line If you are uncomfortable with the base fundamentals, we recommend coming to our beginner training sessions on Friday 6-9PM or Saturday 2-5PM. **[[HOW MUCH]]** $21 card payment will be collected on the day via square (EFTPOS) payment. Payments will be collected prior to game play during warm up. **[[WHEN]]** Sunday afternoon from 1 PM- 4 PM. However, feel free to come early and stretch as Unimelb Sport is open earlier. **Last minute dropouts and no-shows will have a zero-tolerance policy going forward.** All players are expected to update their RSVP at least 24 hours in advance if they are unable to attend. Whether you’re deep into embedded systems, exploring new ideas, or just getting started, you’ll find a welcoming space to collaborate, share, and get inspired. **New to electronics or curious about tinkering?** You’re absolutely welcome. If you’re a beginner and want to experiment, I’ll have a couple of starter kits available so you can try things out—whether that’s blinking your first LED, putting something on a display, or experimenting with simple sensors. No pressure and no experience required—just an interest in learning and building. While we continue to pursue a more permanent venue for this Meetup, we’ll be using public library facilities based on availability. This session will be at the Worthington Park Library in the Olentangy Meeting Room.
