At this meetup we will discuss a documentary about the human microbiome and how it affects our health. The microbiome — the community of bacteria living in our gut — plays an important role in digestion, immunity, metabolism, and even mood. We meet to learn and practice American Sign Language and to grow our familiarity with Deaf culture. Facilitated by hearing folks (with a connection to a professional interpreter) using Deaf-created content. People of all ASL skill levels are welcome!
