Open Heart Meditation is a relaxing, joyful and "non-serious" guided meditation to help the heart open and feel more peace, sweetness and joy. Due to Coronavirus concerns and for the wellbeing of all our participants, temporarily, sessions are not available at the Hove Community Centre. However, good news! Meditation sessions are available online via Zoom video conferencing. We have made it super easy to join right from your browser. Simply select a name and join the meditation session. Then a related poetic prompt will be shared followed by writing and sharing time with feedback following the Gateless method. ALL GENRES ARE WELCOME! Rebecca Lynne is a certified Gateless facilitator. Beginning with presentation of a unique communication or expression, she will lead the group to a prompt and then time to write. She will invite the group to share what each has created, with feedback following the Gateless method. It should be an enjoyable experience with no pressure to perform; I can relate to performance anxiety because I have a terminal case of it. We can show each other what we are working on and talk about our process; or we can just quietly work and feel the presence of each other in our individual acts of creation.
