Eso es la “ex-formación”: desaprender para volver a nuestra esencia. En este círculo, nos reencontraremos con nuestro cuerpo como templo. A través del movimiento consciente, nos conectaremos con palabras, imágenes o versos que cada una traiga (un diario, una poesía que resuene), permitiendo que aflore una imagen de nosotras mismas que nace desde dentro, no desde lo que nos han dicho.
