This group organizes game nights, they provide the games and explain the rules if you need it. A prezentáció gyakorlati útmutatást ad ahhoz, hogyan építhetőek strukturált, újrafelhasználható és könnyen karbantartható megoldások komplex ServiceNow környezetben. **3\. előadás \-** **Extension Points in Practice – hogyan tervezzünk jól és használjuk őket skálázhatóan?** Az extension pointok hatalmas szabadságot adnak, de ha félrecsúszik a tervezés, a megoldás hamar nehezen karbantarthatóvá és törékennyé válhat. A kérdés az, hogyan használjuk őket úgy, hogy valóban a skálázhatóságot szolgálják, és ne a technikai adósságot növeljük.
