A prezentáció gyakorlati útmutatást ad ahhoz, hogyan építhetőek strukturált, újrafelhasználható és könnyen karbantartható megoldások komplex ServiceNow környezetben. **3\. előadás \-** **Extension Points in Practice – hogyan tervezzünk jól és használjuk őket skálázhatóan?** Az extension pointok hatalmas szabadságot adnak, de ha félrecsúszik a tervezés, a megoldás hamar nehezen karbantarthatóvá és törékennyé válhat. A kérdés az, hogyan használjuk őket úgy, hogy valóban a skálázhatóságot szolgálják, és ne a technikai adósságot növeljük. Valós példákon keresztül nézzük meg a jól működő struktúrákat, a tipikus hibákat és azokat a bevált tervezési mintákat, amikkel hosszú távon is fenntartható marad az architektúra.
