"Here's 5-Simple Steps to Creating Your 7-Figure Income In the NEXT 12-Months!"
# *"Successful Real Estate Investing Is NOT Hard, When You Know The Insider's Secret That Has Created Multiple 7-Figure Real Estate Empires..."* **Don't just take my word for it...** Here are just a few of the folks who are using this simple 5-Step system to create 6-Figure, 7-Figure, and (in a few cases) 8-Figure real estate investing businesses: * **Josh Cohen of 3-Step Home Sales, an 8-Figure Real Estate Wholesaling Machine that Josh runs through his virtual network of team members;** * Howard Johnson, not only got his very first deal within 21-Days of starting his Realinvestors® training but built a 6-Figure real estate investing business in less than 9-months, and now routinely gets 6-Figure checks (from single deals) every month! * **Lisa Wood, who shortly after joining our training was diagnosed with the medical condition known as M.S. Fortunately, in her words, she "discovered Realinvestors and the power of creating a 6-Figure Income, working from home on a part-time basis" Today Lisa, using this same 5-Step system, routinely generates a (high) 6-Figure income, many days working from the bedside desk her husband built for her when her M.S. flares up!** * Godwin Owinje has mastered the art of finding, fixing and flipping deals (part-time) to create a high 6-Figure income, while still traveling the world pursuing his real passion - professional basketball as a training and scout for the NBA. * **...and we can (and will) go on to share many other success stories this coming Saturday, but not just flashing their successes, we'll also go step-by-step on how you too can apply this 5-Step system to build your very own 7-Figure (or high 6-Figure) real estate investor business, while working part-time, from home in the next 12 Months!** ...but hurry, and take action NOW, because while this event is FREE, the seating for this LIVE WORKSHOP Is very limited!

Monday Night Savages
Monday Night Savages
[LONG OVERDUE COVID-19 UPDATE] We've not been meeting in person for a very long time, due to the need to protect our community from undue exposure during this pandemic. With over half a million deaths recorded now and no real end in sight, Monday Night Savages remains on hiatus as an in-person gathering event. However, there IS a Discord Server where folks are encouraged to set up online, virtual gaming events, as well as "We've been mutually quarantined and are tested negative" meetups. https://discord.gg/ukmNykS At some point, we hope the vaccines reach enough of the population to warrant general in-person gatherings again. When that day comes, the Monday Night Savages will join once more for great RPG action! ---------- I realized it was high time to update this description, so here it is. Monday Night Savages (called that because, when we started, it was mostly Savage Worlds games we had going) has evolved into all kinds of different games being run. We have numerous GMs, thankfully, and we have them rotating on an every-two-week basis. This means a given campaign or short series will run every other Monday for a while, while the opposite Mondays will feature a different set of games. Your best bet to find out what games are in the rotation is to join our Facebook group. Let me (Sean Patrick Fannon) know on FB that you'd like in on that group. That's also a great group to talk about games you'd like to run or see someone run. Prior to each Monday, the proposed games will be listed in the Conversation section below this announcement section; make sure you indicate your game choice below when it's posted. ~SPF

Weekly: Dead By Daylight Group Play
Join us for some Dead By Daylight. Play with us if you have the game, or just watch if you prefer. We will get a group together and play a few matches with random online users or just with each other if we get enough people. To join or watch the game, logon to our Discord server here: [https://discord.gg/2rZU49J23K](https://discord.gg/2rZU49J23K). Game discussions and streaming will happen in the "Let's Play a Game" voice chat. Dead by Daylight is a multiplayer (4vs1) horror game where one player takes on the role of the savage Killer, and the other four players play as Survivors, trying to escape the Killer and avoid being caught, tortured and killed. It supports cross-play, so you will be able to join in the fun whether you play on PC or Console.

Speak Easy (Storytelling)
Speak Easy (Storytelling)
The topic for April is "Water" Speak Easy: true stories, told live. The idea is simple: an audience, an open microphone, and great stories. Hilarious, gripping, poignant- it's up to you. Audiences are invited to come to listen or come to tell as folks from all corners of Columbus offer their stories live on stage! Held at Wild Goose Creative's warm, intimate space, this night of tales occurs on the 3rd Thursday of every month. Doors open at 6:30 pm, show starts at 7:00 pm. Please arrive early if you want to tell, as we generally only have room for a limited number of tellers, and the sign-up sheet has a tendency to fill up fast. Formed around the idea that people need stories--they're what hold and draw us together--SpeakEasy celebrates the strangeness and commonness of being human. And in a world of smartphones, Facebook, Twitter, and more . . . it gives people a real, breathing, in-person way to connect. The night is geared for true stories of all kinds, taking the best tales told around kitchen tables, in darkened pubs, on the street corner, and at late-night parties and giving them an audience. Speak Easy is also a great outlet for performers, writers, and artists looking to share their favorite stories and perfect their skills. We strongly encourage tellers to please tell the story rather than read it so we keep within the spirit of good storytelling and stay engaged with the audience. All are welcome. Hang around after the show for a drink and build community!
Shut Up & Write!™ Easton Town Center
Shut Up & Write!™ Easton Town Center
We'll meet at The Capital One Café, 167 Easton Town Center, Space A-103. This is in the main mall where the Microsoft store used to be, on your left if you're standing at the bottom of the AMC Theater escalator. Join us on Saturday for an hour of uninterrupted wordmaking! • What we'll do Join us for an hour of writing! We’ve discovered that it’s strikingly helpful to write with other writers. See if it’s true for you at 10AM on Saturday mornings. Be it a book, blog, script, essay, dissertation, resume, melody, poem or just plain work stuff, you are invited to write it with us. No one will see what you've written or give you unsolicited advice. Instead of just thinking about writing, come and get some real writing done. SCHEDULE: 10:00 - SESSION 1: quick intros. 10:10 - timer starts: write for 1 hour. 11:10 - chat / take off / keep writing. OPTIONAL SOCIALIZING happens at 11A-11:30ish. Writing is very solitary. Connecting (and sometimes even commiserating) with other writers is a cool thing. BEING LATE IS OKAY: just show up and get settled, then check-in with me after the session. (I’ll be the person with the Shut Up & Write! sign.) If you were on time, please be willing to make room for the friendly latecomer. Happy writing and I look forward to seeing you! • What to bring Whatever you need to be able to write! Bring earbuds/earplugs if you want to block noise or the occasional conversation by other patrons. Electrical outlets are limited, so charge your devices before whenever possible. See you at The Café on Saturday!
