An informal training session to explore different methods of old style karate and traditional Japanese swordsmanship. We will practise kata (forms), both solo and paired drills along with more basic exercise to understand body mechanics We split the room rent, which will cost **€10 - 20 per person**, depending on the number of participants It is also a great opportunity for those who are interested in Japanese culture, as the arts are based on our traditional way of life.
