**What is Innate Dance?** Innate Dance is a joyful approach to movement, which invites deeper embodiment and self-connection through butoh inspired movement, Noguchi Taiso exercises, the Seki Method, somatic attention and imagination. We shake it out, breaking up stuck energy held in the body, and explore new movement possibilities from a place of alignment and sensitivity. Thanks to our open awareness we can be surprised by lesser-known parts of ourselves and come to appreciate our innate wisdom in movement. Through exercises, explorations and improvisations we build trust in the body that knows how it would like to move and express itself, and when we follow our innate dance, it just feels good! There is also time and space to dance freely, to enjoy the music in your body and to let go! Ultimately, it's about feeling more 'in' our body and grounding joy. **When? Where? Sometimes this learning involves physically embodying non-humans like trees, fish and wind, so we can get out of our limited-human-thinking-mind and into the bigger wisdom available through imagination and our body. At other times it's about dancing textures, sensations or taking on the energy of parts of ourselves so we can know them better. Jess has danced all her life and has been exploring butoh dance for the past eleven years alongside her psychotherapeutic practice. She is co-author of *The Seki Method - Basics* (now available to buy online via website), is a Seki Method Facilitator, and was a 2024 student at the Im_Flieger Schule researching dance and healing.

Argentine tango has nothing to do with the tango you've seen on TV. No dramatic dips. No fixed choreography to memorize. No performance. Real tango is a conversation. Two people, close together, listening to each other through touch and weight and breath. The leader proposes. The follower responds. The dance emerges from that - improvised, alive, completely in the present moment. It is one of the most direct ways I know to practice presence. In this introductory evening, you'll learn the basic structure of the embrace and a few simple steps. More importantly, you'll begin to feel what tango is actually about: connection. To your own body first, then to another person. You don't need a partner. You don't need dance experience. You need comfortable shoes with a smooth sole and an open mind. I've been dancing tango for years, and I come to it from the same place I come to everything else I teach: the body knows things the mind doesn't. Tango is one of the ways we learn to trust that. Partners are rotated during class so you practice with everyone. Teachers and organizers are Sara & Nemanja, competitive dancers and teachers, who discovered their love for tango, and now they want to share it! For Students under 28, there is a discount.

We're going to have a lovely life drawing session with Sayuri, an experienced model, with various poses between 2 and 20minutes. The café is located at Schloßhoferstraße 11, a 1minute walk from Bahnhof Floridsdorf (U6, S-Bahn). Please arrive early to secure the best seats, we start punctually at 18:00. Please bring your own drawing equipment, all you need is paper and a pen. Hello there! We'd like to welcome you to our FREE Sahaja Yoga meditation meetings hosted by Wolfgang, Hamid, Anil, Shantanu & friends which take place in Vienna – 7pm Thursdays. With Sahaja Yoga Meditation we normally sit on chairs to achieve yoga, effortlessly & spontaneously. So there is no need for mats and no special clothing required. We are all volunteers of a Charity association and have many years of experience in offering free Sahaja Yoga Meditation classes. All across the globe, many are seeking new sources of energy. Meanwhile, the most transformative energy of all is hiding in plain sight, within us. It's natural, sustainable, and infinitely renewable. It's called inner kundalini energy. And everyone already has it — everyone!. It is often likened to an inner feminine or motherly energy which automatically knows about us and what is needed to help us restore balance and harmony within our subtle being. It works spontaneously, effortlessly, organically and cannot be paid for. The classes are designed to help those attending get into a genuine meditative state, which can be felt tangibly. It is quite effortless and spontaneous. Each week we go through simple meditation techniques, often with guided meditations to help reduce stress and achieve the peace of true meditation. We share tips on how to help stay in balance during the day and how to meditate at home. The meditation is based on connecting with the inner chakras (energy centres) and balancing the subtle body. The tradition and aims of meditation are explained which in essence is to be in the present with no mental activity or thoughts about the past or the future. Occasionally there are 1 day retreats to help those interested, deepen their individual experience and hear advice and tips from those who have been practicing for some time. You just picked up the classes again when you could manage it. It is simply the generosity of spirit of other Sahaja Yoga meditation practitioners that allows Sahaja Yoga to be taught to whomever desires it, at no cost. You can see results. All the major religions and their core teachings are acknowledged and respected in Sahaja Yoga. No one’s spiritual journey is right or wrong. You meditate and introspect at your own pace. You don’t have to keep up with others, or feel pressured into doing things you’re not comfortable with. You are your own teacher, your own guru, your own master. This technique of meditation empowers you and enables you to help yourself. You don’t have to rely on anybody else. Of course, there are many people who practice Sahaja Yoga Meditation who can teach you a great deal about the yoga & meditation and its various techniques. However, all that you need is ultimately within you. It’s everywhere. Sahaja Yoga is practiced in almost every country in the world. So, no matter where you travel you can always locate a local Sahaja Yoga Meditation programme that you can attend. Whenever you get the chance, and no matter where you are, You try to link up with other Sahaja Yoga practitioners and enjoy a collective meditation. (Meditating with others is a much deeper and more powerful experience than meditating alone.) It’s portable. You don’t need to take anything with you to meditate: no mats, no potions, no special clothing or books. You can meditate anywhere – in a quiet room or on a noisy bus; at the beach or watching a movie. Thoughtless awareness (the state of meditation) is easy to achieve if you keep meditating daily, and it can be achieved in almost any situation. It makes sense. Everything you’ll learn will make sense. There is a lot of common sense in Sahaja Yogameditation, and even though not everything was known to you (for example, the chakras and their respective qualities), once you have a chance to learn more about the meditation, it feels very natural and comfortable. Everybody does it. When you begin a hobby or join a new group, you often find that there are particular types of people who are in the group with you. For example, some groups attract younger people, others older folk; some groups have a lot of people who are wealthy, or people who live in a certain part of town. In Sahaja Yoga you will find people from every walk of life, from every demographic – male and female, young and old, rich and poor, every shape, size and colour, with varying interests, languages and beliefs. You don’t have to be a certain type of person to do Sahaja Yoga meditation. It is one of those rarities: something for everybody. You feel good. Without fail, every time you sit down to meditate you feel better. Du wirst in diesem lockeren Kunstgeschichte Kurs direkt vor den Originalen Meisterwerken im Kunsthistorischen Museum Wien einen Überblick über die wichtigsten Epochen der Kunstgeschichte von der Kunst des Mittelalters bis ins 18. Jahrhundert bekommen und wirst fortan Kunst in allen Ausstellungen anders sehen und verstehen und Zusammenhänge besser erkennen können. Jede Woche wenden wir uns einer Epoche zu und einem der wichtigsten Werke von einem der bedeutendsten Künstler im Kunsthistorischen Museum. Vorkenntnisse sind nicht erforderlich, der Kurs ist aber auch für Fortgeschrittene gut besuchbar. Alles wird in lockerem Beisammensein vor den Bildern stattfinden, anschließend stehen das wunderschöne Café in der Kuppelhalle im Museum und die vielen netten Lokale in nächster Nähe für weiteres Beisammensein zur Verfügung und natürlich kann man auch einfach noch weiter alleine oder mit alten und den neuen Bekannten sich selbständig im Museum noch mehr anschauen. We are a real world Martial arts group. \ Called DO JUNG ISHU (the art of fighting) \ Based off of Jeet kune do we just continued where Bruce Lee left off. \ We have been around a while. \ Every week we get together and work technical skills and full contact spar. \ Almost all of the instructors have been in everything from street fights to the ring and some still compete in cage fighting. \ If you want to take your skills up, improve your confidence, gain self defense skills, get in better shape, test yourself or just want to kill some time and possibly get hit a bit come on down. \ We will be located at 3923 N High St, Columbus, OH 43214 Outside in the grass between the playground and horseshoe area. our instructors are normally in a black and red art of fighting shirt \ if you can not find us call or text me at 6143570295 Saturday 1:30pm Wednesday 5:45pm From Age 16 and up. attendees under the age of 18 must have a guardian with them. \ Wear workout clothes. \ Bring a MOUTHPIECE! \ WE HAVE GLOVES. \ $10 per class $5 per class if you are wearing a club shirt Club shirts are $25 Hope to see you soon. \ let me know if you have any questions :)
