This is a Free on-line class that happens live every Week.
To gain access to the live class and to past class videos, you need to sign up for our email list.
We do not spam your email. We send out 1 email a week on SATURDAY giving the links for the current week's free classes and links to the past videos.
The email list gets sent out on SATURDAY. So, if you are trying to sign up the day of an event, unfortunately, you won't get the link in time. But, you will get the links for next week's classes on Saturday.

Sahaja Yoga is a method of meditation that takes you beyond mental, emotional, and physical activity and allows you to experience the true self which lies within. In Sanskrit, Sahaja means ‘born with’ ('Saha' is with, 'ja' is born), and Yoga means union. The name, therefore, translates to ‘the union which one is born with.’

Those who do not meditate, think they can do without it, are sadly mistaken. They have to meditate morning and evening. When practiced for 10 minutes a day it can lead to dramatic positive change in your personal life - even after one week of practice!

He is the founder of Golden Lotus, Inc., which owns & operates 'Song of the Morning' an 800 acre Yoga Retreat Northest of Gaylord, MI on the Pigeon River. Paramahansa Yogananda founded Self Realization Fellowship, headquartered in Los Angeles, CA and is the author of the Spritual Classic, 'Autobiography of a Yogi.'

Hike Pickerington Ponds
We'll hike 3.4 miles on the Killdeer and Yellowlegs Trails - both out and back gravel trails. If we want more mileage we can repeat an out and back. Pace of around 3.5 mph, no one left behind and those who want to go faster sure can!
As always optional lunch after.
