Do not take any advice pertaining to law enforcement, courts, any sort of restraining order, attorney references, legal resources, suggestions, etc. as true legal advice. It is simply a suggestion for you to have for your own personal use to make your own personal judgment as what is best for you and your situation. 3. Please remember that not everyone’s experiences are your own. Fit with Parkinson's (Zoom indoor class)
Fit with Parkinson's (Zoom indoor class)
Exercise can slow down the progression of Parkinson’s, and Covid 19 Quarantine is no reason not to move! Join our fun online class and stay fit and healthy. Our ‘Nordic Neuro Magic’ is a new exercise class designed for people in the early stage of Parkinson’s and their friends or partners who can walk, are at a low risk of falls and have no major other health concerns. Inspired by PD Warrior, we run especially designed classes, designed to slow down the progression of Parkinson’s. Our members love it, and we can really see the difference in the members who have been with us for a while! Now we are all in Quarantine during the Covid 19 outbreak, we have adapted our outdoor classes to an interarctive online session twice a week. So join us every Tuesday and Thursday at 11am for this fun and fast paced session. If you have 1.5×1.5 meter space, a sturdy chair without arm rests and an internet connection, you are good to go. It is sociable, fun, and keeps you in the best shape you can be, without ever leaving your home. The classes are based around 7 key principles: o Powerful o Complex o Frequent o High effort o Meaningful in daily life o Specific to symptoms o Fun! Once we can get back to Nordic Walking we will! Please keep an eye out for our outdoor classes when quarantine time is over. New to Fit and Happy Outdoors? Please email me on ailien@fitandhappyoutdoors.com or send me a personal message through Meetup at least 24 hours before the session you would like to join. That will give me enough time to get back to you and discuss your needs and find out a bit more about you. Once signed up we will send you a link to our Zoom meeting, as well as the password. Cost: £150 per 10 sessions or £90 per month for unrestricted access to all our classes. Your partner can join your session for free. Pay What Works: The price shown above is the “true” value of the session that best reflects the work I put into preparing and leading your session. However, I understand that not everyone can afford to pay full price, and I don’t want that to stop you from joining us. In an effort to find a balance between more financial accessibility and sustainable pricing, I now offer a “Pay What Works” model. This allows for financial flexibility while still valuing and respecting the work and energy I provide in creating and delivering these classes. Then send an email to ailien@fitandhappyoutdoors.com with the heading “INVOICE please”- followed by “FAHO 1” to pay full price as quoted below, “FAHO 2”, for 20% off, or “FAHO 3” for 50% off. Pllease do tell me if you want to pay for 10 sessions, or if you’d like to pay monthly. I prefer payment by bank transfer, but if that is not possible you could post me a cheque, made out to Ailien Rhijnsburger.

Music Makers ONLINE!!
Music Makers ONLINE!!
Click on the below link and follow the steps to join. You can join from a computer, phone or tablet, computer has best audio usually. See tips below. To join Zoom Meeting https://zoom.us/j/342195107?pwd=sDziLcXI-KlmCcnAc3cRWA Meeting ID: 342 195 107 Password: musicmaker A lovely session of music and song in a relaxed and supportive environment. All levels of musician and singer welcome. You can come and sing or play one song or just come and listen to the other members. Great way to build up your playing skills and build up your confidence. To maintain our zoom and music maker accounts we request a €2 contribution. It is difficult to collect money for the online events so we are suggesting that if possible we could use revolut to transfer the €2 if you don't have an account I'm sure you know someone who could do the transaction for you. The host will identify the Revolut number on the night. If you don't have access to revolut it doesn't matter we will look at some other way to collect the €2 euro. Zoom is not optimized for music, but we have tested it and think it's decent enough for a get together in the absence of a face to face meeting. Voice is better than instrument. Zoom is pretty simple to get into and use. You don't need an account but if you want to test it out beforehand, you can get a free one by searching for it where you get your apps or downloading it on the web. A few simple guidelines to ensure it runs smoothly. 1. Stay on mute while someone else is playing or singing. You can join in ONLY if you are on mute, because the delay over the internet does not allow simultaneous playing online. 2. When you are playing, stay as close to your device's microphone as possible for best results. 3. There are two views - Gallery view and Active Speaker view. Active speaker will put the video on the person singing, Gallery view will show everyone. You may have to search a bit to find each view, it is different on each device. 4. You can mute your audio and/or your video. The host reserves the right to mute anyone whose line is causing audio interference. 5. There is an interesting option to record yourself first and then share it - the quality will be better. In Zoom there's an icon called "Share Content", if you click that you get the option to share files on you Google Drive etc. I've just tried it out and it allows you to throw up pre-recorded audio and/or video files. These replace your video picture while they play. When they finish just hit the share content icon again and your video image comes back. So this might be an option for anyone to pre-recrord (good quality), load onto Google Drive, join a Zoom session and, when it comes to their turn, introduce their song and share the pre-recorded song from G Drive. 6. As mentioned above, Zoom is optimised for voice rather than music so it actually tries to filter out music thinking that it's background noise but that filter can be disabled but only on Windows and macOS as follows: On the Zoom Home page on you laptop: Click on 'Settings' (top right) Then click on 'Audio' (left pane) Then click 'Advanced' (bottom right) Then tick the box at the top of the screen 'Show in-meeting option to "Enable Original Sound" from microphones' Then, when you're on a call, a toggle switch appears at the top left of your screen "Turn on Original Sound". Click that - it changes to "Turn off Original Sound" and you're done. Preferred setup for anyone with an instrument might thus be: 1) Windows or macOS 2) Turn on Original Sound 3) Direct connect to router (rather than Wi-Fi) Even better if you have a microphone connected via an audio interface device to your laptop/PC. 7. Don't forget your drink!

Welcome new members, Due to Covid, we are meeting online every Thursday evening at 06:30 pm through Zoom. The Zoom link is provided below. Our format is friendly and open to players of any level. Christian Ministry - Intro Class
Christian Ministry - Intro Class
We live in a very exciting time, where as believing Christians we can "step up" from simply participating in Community Worship to being "hands on" disciples, Servants, helping to spread the Good News, and use our God-given gifts and talents to extend the Kingdom. If you feel called to Ministry, or if you're a Minister who would like to take things further in your growth this would be an excellent group to consider being a part of. The focus is Christ-centered, Biblically-based and incorporates teachings from an Orthodox, Catholic, and Protestant/Reformation perspective. There is a interview process to join the group. Please contact Bishop Lisa the group moderator for more information. Each week we will explore a new topic in regards to Christian Ministry. Please come with your Bible (or Bible software) and dress comfortably. We'll be discussing, praying, reading together. If you're new please contact us to go through a brief interview.

Board games at The Forge
Board games at The Forge
This week is Twos-day on a Wednesday. Bring your favorite 2 player games and be ready to teach some and learn others. We'll bounce around and get to know new people and new games. Think speed dating but without the stress, romance or dating! And we don't judge, if you'd prefer to stick to bigger games by all means, go for it! The Forge does have a full bar and kitchen. There is no cover charge but they do request all attendees to purchase a minimum of ~$20 per person. Soft drink refills are $1 each. Please support our hosts so we can continue to provide great events for the group! The Forge has a large library of games available for us to enjoy. Hosts and regulars will also provide numerous popular games but please bring any games you would like to teach and/or play. Doors open at 6, and we expect gaming to be rolling by around 630. Please promptly end your games and clear out the space at 10pm when the bar closes. We encourage socializing but do not permit disruptive behavior of any kind. Thank you for your continued commitment to providing a fun and welcoming space to veteran, newbie, and rookie gamers in the Columbus area. Parking can be challenging. There is a parking lot behind the neighboring Mexican restaurant that is free and easy to walk from but it's a bit hidden.

The building address is 4450 Bridge Park The entrance is 6620 Mooney St, Suite 400 You will need to scan your ID at the door to get a visitor badge. **Abstract** GitHub Copilot is powerful, but what if you could scale from a solo AI assistant to an entire team of specialized agents working in parallel? This session introduces Squad: an open-source framework for multi-agent orchestration that lets you define teams of AI agents with specific roles, responsibilities, and expertise. We'll progress from Copilot basics to the Copilot CLI, explore how Agents add autonomy, and see how Instructions and Skills let you customize agent behavior. Then, the climax: a live demo where a Squad team of 3 agents (Lead, Developer, Tester) stands up and builds a working application in real-time, showcasing true multi-agent collaboration. Whether you're new to AI or exploring how to scale your use of Copilot, this session will show you what's possible when agents work as a team. **YouTube Link** TBD
