Could new tech make those places easier and more fun on the busiest days, instead of stressful? In this learning session with guest researcher **Jonathan Courtois (Université Côte d’Azur), who works on motion sensing for compact devices and even spatial projects**, will explore a new way of sensing movement, then imagine ideas like pop up signs that point people toward a **less crowded** street, or simple motion reactive cues that **keep foot traffic flowing**. **Guest researcher: Jonathan Courtois** Jonathan Courtois is a PhD and research engineer at **L**EAT (Université Côte d’Azur) working at the intersection of embedded systems and next generation vision, including event based vision and spiking neural networks. He focuses on how these approaches can run on compact hardware under real world constraints, and he is especially curious about advanced applications, including space contexts.
