Sometimes we keep thinking about the same situation, emotion, or life question — but cannot fully see it from the outside. As part of my studies in Systemic Counseling (“Systemische Beratung”), I would like to create a small, professionally inspired reflective space for thoughtful and respectful conversations. In this reflection circle, one person at a time can share something that is currently on their mind, while the others listen carefully and later reflect on what they noticed, felt, or understood from their own perspective. In this session we'll explore strategies to protect our codebases through unit and integration testing, documentation, and code review along with additional ways of providing context and guard rails to our AI agents as they carry out the work we've assigned them to do.
