Com tot esport de contacte, cal anar amb compte i apel·lar sempre al sentit comú i a la companyonia, en inscriure's en la nostra comunitat, el participant o tutors del participant accepten la total responsabilitat de qualsevol mal, lesió, pèrdua... que pugui succeir dins dels entrenaments. La participació en un esdeveniment implica l'acceptació d'aquestes. 1. No estan permesos cops ni al cap ni en els genitals. 2. La/s rajo/s que subjecten l'arma fins a la nina no són blanc vàlid. 3. No es pot estocar, només colpejar amb el lateral de l'arma. 4. Abans de començar qualsevol enfrontament, cal estendre les armes, procedir a una lleugera salutació mitjançant el xoc entre aquestes. 5. Cuida del company amb el qual entrenes. Vigila la seva esquena i advertir-li de forats, arbres, altres persones o altres irregularitats en el terreny. 6. Abans d'emprar qualsevol propietat aliena, demana permís al seu propietari. Si algú trenca l'equip d'una altra persona, el propietari pot reclamar una compensació econòmica pels materials. 7. Els menors de 14 anys hauran d'anar acompanyats d'un adult responsable. Els menors de 16 anys hauran de portar un document emès per un tutor responsable, eximint de responsabilitat als Organitzadors. 8. L'Organització no es farà responsable de cap mena de lesió, mal o ferida que pugui succeir durant els entrenaments. 9. Diverteix-te i gaudeix, és un gran esport. 10. L'organització es reserva el dret a vetar la participació als qui consideri, sense haver de donar explicacions. Sobretot davant persones que hagin demostrat de manera present o passada un comportament deshonest, vexatori o frau davant l'entitat, els seus membres o equip de direcció. 11. Amb la participació en les activitats de Softcombat Bcn Events Associació Cultural, es declara que l'interessat accepta la política de privacitat i tractament de dades personals concorde a la normativa vigent de la LOPD (UE 2016/679).
