Während dieses viertägigen Retreats tauchen wir tief in die Praxis der Achtsamkeit ein und geben uns selbst den Raum, im Stillwerden zu erfahren, was wirklich wesentlich ist. Im Herzen der Stille entsteht ein Ort innerer Sammlung, wo Klarheit, Mitgefühl und Gelassenheit wachsen können. Ein Raum, um mit dem was ist, in Kontakt zu kommen und Schritt für Schritt mit sich selbst Freundschaft zu schliessen. Durch stille und geführte Meditationen, achtsame Körperübungen, sanftes Yoga und Impulse aus dem MBSR-Programm entsteht ein geschützter Rahmen, in dem Du Deine innere Präsenz stärken, Stress abbauen und mehr Bewusstheit entwickeln und Dich neu mit Ruhe, Vertrauen und Lebendigkeit verbinden kannst. Zeit für Dyaden, achtsames Gehen in der Natur, inspirierende Impulse/Vorträge und wohltuende, pflanzliche Mahlzeiten tragen dazu bei, dass Achtsamkeit nicht nur als Praxis, sondern als Haltung erfahrbar wird. Das Retreat findet im Schweigen statt, ausser bei geleitetem Austausch oder geführten Dyaden. Nach Jahren der Entwicklung bei *Amadeus* (führender Anbieter von IT-Lösungen für die Tourismusbranche) wurde das Projekt in Teilen open sourced und der GSF übergeben. Ziel von **Carmen** (Carbon Measurement Engine) ist es alle Emissionen über eine Vielzahl von Anwendungen zu erfassen. Somit tritt es faktisch die Nachfolge von „*Cloud Carbon Footprint*“ an und nutzt auch dessen Kennzahlen. Im Kern setzt Carmen auf das Impact Framework auf und bringt es in die reale Anwendung. Unterwegs nehmen wir uns immer wieder bewusst kurze Momente der Stille und Reflexion: Zeit, um durchzuatmen, nachzudenken und den eigenen Gedanken Raum zu geben - inspiriert von der Landschaft zwischen Enge und Weite. Am Mittag grillieren wir gemeinsam im autofreien Quinten direkt am See. Wer die gesamte Strecke nicht gehen möchte, kann die Wanderung dort beenden und mit dem Kursschiff über den Walensee fahren und individuell die Heimreise antreten. We have a great little community of Movie Group friends so rather than see a movie this time, we’ll help “create a better world” by helping serve those in need. Here are complete details and our plan for this event: FAITH MISSION – GRANT KITCHEN: The Faith Mission kitchen and dining room serves residents 3 meals a day, every day of the year. For this event, our group will help prepare food, serve meals, assist residents in the dining room, wash dishes, and clean surfaces. PLAN: We will be preparing / serving / cleaning for BRUNCH from 10:30am to 12:30pm and have space for a total of 7 volunteers. Please arrive at 10:20am and wear closed-toe shoes and long pants. LOCATION: Faith Mission – Grant Kitchen is located at 245 N. Grant Ave. Enter the kitchen at Dock 1 (in the back of the building), indicated in the attached map. On-site parking in the adjacent lot and street parking is available in the surrounding area.
