We meet in person, and enjoy with tapas and wine at the beginning of the session to socialise. There is a 13 euros admission fee for the venue and the tapas. This is a fun opportunity for intermediate students to practice French, meet other people in a lovely café or in a private house in downtown Nice and transform their French. Prépa mentale** — On pose l'intention de la session. Un icebreaker pour briser la glace avec les autres et avec soi et préparer le mental à la suite. **2\. Circuit training** (cardio & renforcement musculaire) — Des exercices physiques adaptés à tous les niveaux. On active le corps sans le brutaliser. **3\. Immersion** **dans la mer** — Une baignade en mer pour ancrer dans le corps ce qui s'est passé dans la tête. Si tu as peur que l’eau soit froide, sache que tu seras préparer pour. **4\. Debriefing** — On met des mots sur l'expérience. Ce qu'on a ressenti, ce qu'on retient, ce qu'on emporte. **Pour qui ?** Tout le monde*. Pas besoin d'être sportif·ve. This program is less competitive, no champions crowned, no league standings just dedicated tennis partners who want to meet up with you on the courts.
