No era el típico escultor de academia desde joven. De hecho, heredó el oficio de su padre: **era afinador de pianos**. Esta sensibilidad por la armonía y el sonido la trasladó más tarde a las formas. A los 50 años (en 1980), dio un giro radical a su vida: cerró su negocio y entró a estudiar Bellas Artes. Se instaló en su finca, llamada **"Casa Viva"**, en Dosrius, y durante más de 30 años se dedicó a "escuchar" al bosque. La data límit d’inscripció es fins les 22:00 del dissabte. **DESCRIPCIÓ DE L’ACTIVITAT** Una ruta fàcil i curta però mol gaudidora pels voltants de Gelida. No és una passejada, hi tindrem pujades i baixades, però tot per pista i també algun corriol amb un paisatge impressionant. La ruta és circular, per tant, començarà i acabarà a l’estació de Gelida. Des de l’estació de Gelida agafarem un bus-funicular per pujar al poble. Val la T-Casual d’una zona. En cas de que el funicular no funcioni, que acostuma a passar, hi ha un bus a la mateixa estació que ens puja fins el centre de Gelida i, si tampoc hagués autobús, pujaríem a peu. Cal esmorzar en el tren ja que no tindrem temps de fer-ho al únic bar que trobarem obert davant de l’església on sols ens aturarem 15 minuts per qui hagi menester d’anar al bany. En primer lloc pujarem al **castell de Gelida**. Segons la Viquipèdia, el castell està documentat des de l'any 945,i forma part de la línia de fortificació que controlava el Penedès. El barceloní Berenguer Bertran, el va adquirir el 1367 i el transformà en un palau residencial d'estil gòtic. Al llarg del segle XVI el castell perdrà progressivament la seva funció militar i administrativa i s'abandonà definitivament el segle XVIII. És de propietat municipal des de l'any 1968 i l'Associació d'Amics del Castell vetlla per la seva protecció. De Gelida també cal destacar **l'església de Sant Pere del Castell,** documentada des de l'any 998 i que durant molts segles va ser la parròquia de la vila de Gelida. Des de el castell cercarem un bonic corriol que ens acostarà a la pista que va fins la **Font Freda**, però nosaltres deixarem aviat la pista per agafar un altre corriol que, aquest si, ens porta directament a la font, on farem una aturada curta per fer beure, esmorzar qui no ho hagi fet abans, recuperar forces amb fruita, xocolata, fruits secs, fer fotos i gaudir de l’indret. Seguirem camí per una pista amb prou ombra fins arribar a la urbanització Safari des d’on agafarem el camí de tornada a Gelida, part per pista i part per un corriol pedregós que ens tornarà a la pista inicial. Cercarem un lloc on hi ha taules de pic-nic per dinar i en acabat tornarem a Gelida per fer el cafè abans de iniciar la baixada fins l’estació de tren. Si algú no vol quedar-se a menjar, pot fer la baixada a l’estació en el funicular (si funciona) o el bus que te parada molt a propo del funicular.. Realizamos Taichi al aire libre aún asi solicitamos que debido al CoViD cada participante decida libremente y se responsabilice de las medidas que desee tomar respecto a la situación sanitaria actual El Taichi es una arte marcial basado en la filosofía taoísta y en su visión del universo, que además de fomentar habilidades marciales, ayuda a mejorar la salud, la conciencia corporal y puede ser un camino para el desarrollo personal y espiritual de los que lo practican. Este arte marcial es diferente a la mayoría de las que podáis conocer. Mientras otras se basan en la fuerza y la potencia el Taichí es una respuesta a la pregunta: ¿Por qué combatir la fuerza bruta con más fuerza cuando es posible aprovechar la de tu adversario? Si estas pinceladas os llaman la atención podéis venir a conocer el Taichi de forma gratuita, cada domingo de manos del Sifu Albert Sala. Las clases son de 9 a 10:30 de la mañana en el parque situado al final del Carrer Lleida delante del recinto llamado “El mercat de les flors” (cerca de las paradas de metro “Plaça Espanya” y “Poble Sec”). Two towns full of tourist excesses, yet connected by a coastal path that hides secret spots and pristine coves that still manage to surprise, even for those of us who thought we knew the Costa Brava well. We’ll go to Blanes by train 🚂, and from there we’ll set off on **12 km with 390 m of elevation**, through seascapes that change with every turn. We’ll pass coves like **Sant Francesc, Cala Treumal, Sa Cova, and Sa Boadella, discovering small hidden corners** often missed by the typical tourist. At this time of year, with spring awakening, the path dresses in vibrant colors, pine forests scenting the air, and sunlight highlighting every shade of the Mediterranean. ¡Bienvenid@ a la Matinal de pádel de los DOMINGOS! Toda la mañana jugando a pádel, partidos nivelados con descansos. A diferencia del formato pozo, nosotros organizamos los partidos según tu nivel. Las parejas irán rotando, pero si quieres puedes venir con un acompañante y jugar todos los partidos con pareja fija. Nivel **iniciación** (0,5 - 1), **medio-bajo** (1,5 - 2), **medio** (2,5 - 3) y **medio-alto** (3,5 - 4). **TODOS LOS PARTIDOS SE JUGARÁN AL MEJOR DE 7 JUEGOS (es decir, el primero que llegue a 4 juegos gana y finaliza el partido).** Al acabar el partido sube al punto de encuentro para recibir instrucciones del organizador. **Horario: Domingo de 10:00h a 14:00h**. The Humanist Monthly Program is our longest running event and still a community favorite. In the old days it used to be called "Going to HCCO" and we still like to think of it as our flagship event.
