Inizieremo con una pratica di yoga accessibile, per sciogliere tensioni e ritrovare presenza, e lasceremo poi spazio alla meditazione, senza forzature, senza aspettative. Non serve esperienza, non serve “saper fare”. Basta arrivare. Il contributo è di 10€. **Pagans on the Patio! Summer/Fall Series** A casual gathering the first Thursday of each month. Time to relax, meet new people, and reconnect with old friends.
