Dopo la sessione, per chi ha voglia di prolungare il momento, ci fermiamo per un picnic rilassato sull'erba — ognun\* porta qualcosa da condividere! Lavoreremo insieme su respirazione, mobilità e ascolto del corpo, con una sequenza che ti lascerà ricaricат\* e con il sorriso.
