Often Comedy Open Mics are more casual & but also funny as well! **Q: Can I perform Comedy also?** A: Yes of course! Just contact theamericanstandupshow@gmail.com if you're interested in performing. Anybody can sign up! **Q: What about these seats?** A : We have enough seats for everyone but the first come first served rule applies! Especially since Kon-Tiki Comedy is popular, often it is packed inside, so come early for good seats. What's early? Anything before 19:00 & you will have your seat of choice. **Q : What about the late show?** Depending on the turnout a late show is also available most of the time, please check the ticket page to see if there is a late show option. Basically if you can buy tickets to the late show, it's happening, if it's not an option for a ticket it's not! Both shows might be consolidated into one if there's not enough ticket sold for the late show. In this case you will recieve an e-mail telling you so. **Q : Can I refund my ticket?** There are no refunds allowed because it becomes too much work for a simple Comedy Open Mic, so only buy your ticket if you know you're for sure going to be able to make it. But if for some reason you can't make it, you are welcome to use your ticket for any future Kon-Tiki Comedy Shows. La séance débute par un temps d’ancrage et de connexion à la respiration, permettant de se recentrer et d’arriver pleinement dans le corps. Des mouvements doux et progressifs viennent ensuite mobiliser les articulations et réveiller le corps en conscience. Chaque mouvement est accompagné par la respiration, invitant à bouger en conscience au rythme du souffle. Cette séance offre un véritable espace pour ralentir, se reconnecter et prendre soin à la fois du corps et de l’esprit. On apprend à s’écouter, à respecter ses limites et à être attentif aux messages du corps. L’accent est mis sur la connexion entre le mouvement et les ressentis, plutôt que sur la performance. Des exercices ciblés permettent de fluidifier l’énergie dans le corps, de le rééquilibrer et de développer force, équilibre et mobilité, tout en conservant une approche douce et respectueuse. La séance se termine par un retour au calme et un moment de relaxation, afin d’intégrer pleinement les bienfaits de la pratique. **Decoden Workshop - Design your own charms & accessories** The **Decoden Workshop** offers you the opportunity to immerse yourself in a playful and creative world and design **your own Decoden charms and accessories** . Decoden is a decorative technique that uses a creamy glue, colors, and cute charms. This results in unique designs that are both creative and individual. This workshop is perfect for anyone who wants to try something new and achieve great results with minimal effort. In the Decoden Workshop, you can **customize various objects according to your own style** . A selection is available. * **picture frame** * **cases** * **Handheld mirrors & table mirrors** * **jewelry box** * **hair clip** You decide which object you want to decorate and how playful, colorful, or minimalist your design should be. Each piece is unique and reflects your personal creativity. A major advantage of the Decoding Workshop is its **flexible duration** . You'll need approximately **15 to 30 minutes** per item , depending on the level of detail and design. This makes the workshop suitable for both short creative breaks and longer crafting sessions. You can also create several objects in succession if you'd like to try out different designs. The **price starts at CHF 30 per item** . Included in the price are **one paint color and 20 charms** . Join us for a tour of Brothers Drake Meadery in Grandview, hosted by the owner Oron Benary. He will explain the mead-making process and offer us generous samples of their fine meads. Mead is basically wine that is made from honey instead of grapes. There are many different flavors that range from dry, semi-dry, semi-sweet, to sweet. They are best known for their Apple Pie Mead. Oron has offered us a special price of 5.00 each person for the tour and tasting, which is normally 25.00 per person. I've taken the tour several times, and it's always enlightening and fun. Rebecca will bring a tea that will pair well with the mead for a tea tasting afterwards. Park anywhere around the building. Please avoid parking in front of the houses in the neighborhood behind the Meadery. Please keep your RSVP current.
