Sahaja Yoga meditation course in English
Sahaja Yoga meditation course in English
Welcome to join our Sahaja Yoga meditation meetings in English! The meetings are free of charge and you can just show up. The group consists of people of different ages and nationalities who have been meditating different periods of time. Newcomers are welcome at any time. We normally sit on chairs or on pillows on the floor, so there is no need to bring a mat and you can wear normal clothes. Meditation means mental silence or thoughtless awareness. You are present here and now, but your mind is not bombarded by thoughts from the past or the future. In this state, you feel peace and joy, which are the essential elements of the present moment. With regular practice of meditation, it is possible to establish this state within us. The group is lead by volunteers who are experienced and can offer guidance to get you started. We give a short introduction to the meditation and after that we do meditation exercises. We also give tips on how to meditate at home. After the meditation class, we have a cup of tea and there is time for questions. Welcome! We hope to see you in our meditation meetings! Saraab - We Are Stories
Saraab - We Are Stories
East Helsinki should be an independent country. Where people stand for things. Empathy, compassion, gratitude and everything good and left. Where everyone would make a lot of sense, love and tell so many stories. This evening is about the story part. The stories of sandwiches, liberty, chai, fishing, relocation, resistance, and whatever. Come and listen to some of them with us, have a cup of tea or soup of the day. If you want to tell a story or perform then send us a request at saraab.helsinki@gmail.com We will also have some stories from the hat, so come-check the vibe and put your name in the hat if you feel like telling one. Red card to racists, queerphobes/islamophobes, climate change deniers. We also have a lifetime entry ban for Putin, Erdogan, Netanyahu and Donald Trump. If you are going through a lot, we are on your side. Meri-Rastila for life, because east is a tribe, a vibe. Free entry – Refreshments available for purchase at the store nearby Doors open / Hangout: 19:00 Program: 20:00 – 22:00 Hangout 22:00 – 23:00 P.s. Straight white middle-aged people can also join saraab.helsinki@gmail.com
AI maturity in product creation - PO Meetup
AI maturity in product creation - PO Meetup
At this meetup, we will walk through a practical AI maturity framework for digital product creation. **Product Owner Meetup - Helsinki** is a community where Product Owners come together to celebrate their craft, share real-world experiences, and grow as leaders in their industry. ### **🌱 Join us in the April meetup about AI maturity in product creation** AI is already affecting how product teams work, but many teams still struggle with the same questions: * Where are we today? * Where is AI genuinely useful? * And what should we do next? At this meetup, we will walk through a practical AI maturity framework for digital product creation in e-commerce. It helps product teams assess how AI shows up in discovery, prioritisation, decision-making, delivery, and customer experience 👉…and identify the next improvement area. You will get a concrete way to discuss AI maturity with your team, spot the most relevant opportunities, and avoid getting stuck between experimentation and real adoption. Expect a practical session and an honest discussion, not AI buzzwords. #### **Speakers** **🎤 Okko Ojala, Senior Architect, Nitor** Introducing the AI Maturity Playbook and how teams can use it to start the conversation around beneficial use of AI in product development **🎤Joakim Sandström, Senior Architect, Nitor** Sharing lessons from applying the framework with Finnair and what happened when the framework met real product work 📍 *Where:* **Nitor Office, Aleksanterinkatu** 46, 6th floor (next to Mummotunneli) 🕕 *When:* **Wednesday, 22nd of April, from 17:30 to 19:30** 🍪 *Bonus:* **Snacks, drinks, and great company!** Through inspiring talks, hands-on discussions, and opportunities to connect with peers, we aim to value and highlight the role of the Product Owner to one of innovation, pride, and strategic impact. Each session brings together practical insights from industry leaders with first-person, real-life stories from local and global product professionals who have tackled challenges and achieved breakthroughs. Whether you’re fine-tuning stakeholder management, mastering prioritisation, or seeking inspiration, you’ll find a welcoming space to learn, collaborate, and advance your skills. Join us in shaping a movement where Product Owners are recognised as key drivers of outcome orientation, innovation and value, transforming the profession into a globally celebrated craft. 📍Please note: the downstairs exterior doors lock at **17:00**. If you arrive after this, just ring the doorbell and we will let you in. The event begins at **17:30**.
