Ciao! Para **este lunes festivo** volvemos a pasear por el **antiguo** **camino agrario que une Mataró a Sant Andreu de Llavaneres**. Un itinerario fácil y sin dificultad técnica que nos llevará, sin prisas, a cruzar una tranquila zona agrícola con vista al mar. Haremos una **parada en la playa de Sant Andreu de Llavaneres** para descansar, disfrutar del mar y, para l@s mas temerari@s , darnos un baño 🏊‍♂️🏊‍♀️. Después retomaremos el camino siguiendo el **paseo marítimo** hasta **Caldes d’Estrac**, para hacer el picnic en la playa y, con quien le apetezca, daremos un **último paseo por el pueblo**, con tiempo para tomar un café, antes de **coger el tren de vuelta**. No olvides traer algo para hacer **picnic mirando al mar** 😎 🧺 (bocadillo, agua o lo que prefieras) y protección para el sol (gorra, crema, agua, para beber, etc.) . Realizamos Taichi al aire libre aún asi solicitamos que debido al CoViD cada participante decida libremente y se responsabilice de las medidas que desee tomar respecto a la situación sanitaria actual El Taichi es una arte marcial basado en la filosofía taoísta y en su visión del universo, que además de fomentar habilidades marciales, ayuda a mejorar la salud, la conciencia corporal y puede ser un camino para el desarrollo personal y espiritual de los que lo practican. Este arte marcial es diferente a la mayoría de las que podáis conocer. Mientras otras se basan en la fuerza y la potencia el Taichí es una respuesta a la pregunta: ¿Por qué combatir la fuerza bruta con más fuerza cuando es posible aprovechar la de tu adversario? Si estas pinceladas os llaman la atención podéis venir a conocer el Taichi de forma gratuita, cada domingo de manos del Sifu Albert Sala. Las clases son de 9 a 10:30 de la mañana en el parque situado al final del Carrer Lleida delante del recinto llamado “El mercat de les flors” (cerca de las paradas de metro “Plaça Espanya” y “Poble Sec”). Somos razonables en la práctica del Taichi y os ayudaremos a no realizar prácticas que puedan provocaros un daño pero en última instancia cada participante es responsable de si mismo y os pedimos que nos comuniquéis problemas de salud o lesiones que pudiesen causaros perjuicio alguno. Taichi is a martial art based in the Taoist philosophy and its vision of the universe, in addition to the improvement of the martial skills of its practitioners, helps to enhance their health, their body awareness, and also can be a path for their personal and spiritual growth. This martial art is set apart from the majority of the other ones you may know. Other martial arts are based in strength and muscle power, but Taichi is instead an answer to the question: ¿Why fight strength with strength when you could use their power against them? If these bits have caught your attention you can come to know Taichi for free, all Sundays taught by Sifu Albert Sala. The lessons start at 9:00 am and run throught 10:30 am in the parc that is at Lleida Street (Carrer Lleida) in front of the building called “El mercat de les flors” (It’s near de subway stations of Plaça Espanya and Poble Sec). We encorage a rational training of Taichi and will help you to prevent posible injuries in its practice.
