**hike description:** We start at the train station Arth-Goldau. This hike is more difficult and "scarier" than the hikes we did recently. But because it is the first difficult hike of the season, I planned much more than enough time. Because a part of the hike is T4, if you want to join, you must at least have done a T3 hike before, or If you really want to join and you don't have t3 experience, you can take the parallel path without going through Rigi Hochflue (direct path between point 3 and 6 on the map), but you will probably have to wait for the rest of the group a little. Welcome cold lovers! We have been practising cold water plunges for over 4 years. We believe in the benefits of cold water exposure. The feeling you get after the swim is magnificent, it makes you feel alive. We have started this group to safely experience the cold water together. We motivate each other, do active warmup exercises, and also share our life stories with a warm coffee/tea afterwards. The event is every Sunday at 11:30, we meet no matter the weather. Take along: a large towel, comfortable bathing suit, flip-flops, and warm clothes (hat, gloves, etc). If you’re planning swimming out take along a bright swim buoy. The event is Free.
