=== THE TOUR === On Easter Monday, we will drive to Stechlinsee for a swim and a picknick on the lake. We will depart at 10:00 (sharp) and drive to a parking space near the lake. From there it is a 10 minute walk. Return time of 17:00 is an estimate. The fishery will be open. This is a board game night for you to meet up and play in a relaxed and respectful environment. Back in August, we explored how Design Thinking can help us uncover and validate the right problems. But even when we agree on what to build, things often go wrong, not because of bad solutions, but because we don’t fully understand what the problem actually means in practice. In this session, we’ll build on that idea and focus on the next step: turning vague ideas into something concrete, shared, and testable. Using Example Mapping - a lightweight technique from Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) - we’ll work in small groups to: * Break down a feature into rules, examples, and questions * Surface hidden assumptions and edge cases * Align on what the behaviour of a system should actually look like If the previous session was about finding the right problem, this one is about understanding it well enough to build it right. This is a hands-on workshop. Be prepared to participate fully and add to the energy of the room. Looking forward to seeing you there!
