¡Hola a tod@s! En esta visita nos desplazaremos a la montaña de Montjuic. Además de que podréis disfrutar de un agradable paseo por la montaña con vistas a toda la ciudad, allí rescataremos una realidad social despreciada e ignorada durante décadas: miles de personas convivieron en BARRACAS (chabolas) desde el siglo XIX hasta, prácticamente, las Olimpiadas de Barcelona de 1992 en situación muy precaria. Lejos de estigmatizar a los barraquistas pondremos en evidencia la dureza de su día a día, así como su contribución crucial, como mano de obra barata, en el exitoso desarrollo económico de la ciudad. El barraquismo se extendió también a otros puntos de la ciudad, constituyendo barrios como Los Cañones, La Perona, El Somorrostro etc etc. En 1957 100.000 personas vivían en barracas en Barcelona (30.000 de ellas en Montjuïc), ¡lo que representaba casi el 10% de los habitantes de la ciudad!
