**This class is for all ages.** * Warm-up: Dynamic stretching and light ball throw exercises to prepare the body. * Skill Introduction: Learning serving, passing, setting, spiking, and blocking techniques. * Skill Practice: Drills and exercises to practice each skill. * Game Situations: Applying skills in small-sided games or modified scenarios. The instructor provides feedback and guidance throughout the class to improve skills and technique.
