Aiming to prevent injury by strengthening those weak muscles and stretching those problem areas. By coming along to class you get to do this under the instruction of a experienced coach and in the company of your friends from running intervals. • Where is it? - The class takes place in Park Glories. We will be located between the big white circle and the grassy area. This walk will be led by Carrie Keller, Outdoor Naturalist at the park, and Megan Richley, Inclusion Coordinator for the Metro Parks. Wear sneakers or other shoes covering the entire foot.
