A friendly get together for people who like to play boardgames. You are welcome to join. We can converse in English or German. You may bring your own games or we have quite an extensive cupboard full of games you are welcome to use. There are always people who will explain games, so no need to worry. Just come. Usually we meet at 18:30 and decide what we want to play. Usually we are able to fill 4-6 tables or more with different games. So you will certainly find something to your taste and likes. You are welcome to join at any point and leave whenever you please. **Attendance:** Attendance can vary, but the number of people at the gatherings is normally somewhere between 20 and 40 metalheads! The group is comprised by a balanced mixture of longstanding members, semi-regulars and curious visitors. **Chats:** Get invited to our chat-groups by introducing yourself at one of the meetups! We currently offer an "official" chat for announcements, updates on events & organizing concerts, a "fun" chat for casual discussions & informal events, and a meme chat for silly discussions and somewhat thematic memes. **Join us for the premier of a collective reading & text discussion session!** Immanuel Kant (1724–1804) is one of the central figures of Western philosophy, known above all for his work on reason, autonomy, and moral judgment. His 1784 essay *Beantwortung der Frage: Was ist Aufklärung?* is short — a few pages — but precise in a way that rewards slow, careful reading. For this session, we do exactly that: read the text together, paragraph by paragraph, in the tradition of a philosophy seminar. What does Kant mean by *Unmündigkeit* — the self-incurred immaturity he sees all around him? Where does he draw the line between the public and private use of reason, and does that distinction hold? These are not rhetorical questions; they are ones the text itself invites us to sit with.
